စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်း၊ ကလေးမြို့နယ်မှာ အောက်တိုဘာ လလယ်ပိုင်းကစပြီး စစ်ကောင်စီတပ်ဟာ မြောက်ပိုင်းနဲ့ တောင်ပိုင်းကျေးရွာတွေကို အင်အားသုံးထိုးစစ်ဆင်နေတာကြောင့် ကျေးရွာ ၃၀ ထက်မနည်းက ဒေသခံအများအပြားထွက်ပြေး တိမ်းရှောင်နေရပါတယ်။
စစ်ကောင်စီဟာ အင်အားအလုံးအရင်းနဲ့ ထိုးစစ်ဆင်နေပြီး ကျေးရွာတွေကို မီးရှို့ဖျက်ဆီးနေတာကြောင့် ကလေး- ဂန့်ဂေါလမ်းပိုင်းမှ ကျွန်းချောင်း၊ သာယာကုန်း၊ ထောက်ကြန့်၊ ချောင်းခွ၊ ဟဲလုပ်စတဲ့ ကျေးရွာတွေ ထွက်ပြေးတိမ်းရှောင်နေရပါတယ်လို့ ဒေသခံတွေက ပြောပါတယ်။
ကလေးမြို့နယ် မြောက်ပိုင်းက ရာဇဂြိုဟ်၊ စော်ဘွားရေရှင်၊ ပြည်တော်သာ စတဲ့ ကျေးရွာတွေက ဒေသခံတွေလည်း ထွက်ပြေးတိမ်းရှောင်နေကြရတာပါ။
သက်ကြီးရွယ်အိုတွေ၊ အမျိုးသမီးတွေနဲ့ ကလေးငယ်တွေအပါအဝင် စစ်ဘေးရှောင်တွေအတွက် ဆေးဝါးနဲ့ အခြေခံစားသောက်ကုန်၊ အမိုးအကာ အကူအညီတွေ လိုအပ်နေတယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။
” စစ်ရှောင်တွေက တော်တော်ကို များပါတယ်၊ မြောက်ပိုင်းရော၊ တောင်ပိုင်းရောဆို အားလုံးဆို ငါးသောင်းနီးပါးလောက်ရှိနိုင်တယ်။ လောလောဆယ် မိုးကလည်း ဆက်ရွာနေတော့ နေရာထိုင်ခင်း မိုးကာတဲတွေ အရေးပေါ်လိုနေပါတယ်။ စားနပ်ရိက္ခာကတော့ ရှိတာမျှတပြီး ပေးရတဲ့အခြေအနေပါ၊ လိုတော့လိုတာပေါ့လေ။ ” လို့ စစ်ဘေးရှောင်အကူအညီပေးနေသူတစ်ဦးက ပြောပါတယ်။
လက်ရှိမှာ ရာသီအကူးအပြောင်းကာလဖြစ်တာကြောင့် ကလေးတွေ အပါအ၀င် စစ်ဘေးရှောင်တွေဟာ ရာသီတုပ်ကွေးတွေဖြစ်ပွားနေတာကြောင့် ဆေးဝါး အကူအညီတွေ လိုအပ်နေတယ်လို့ ဒေသခံတွေက ပြောပါတယ်။

အောက်တိုဘာ ၂၇ ရက်ကနေ နို၀င်ဘာ ၂ ရက်နေ့အထိ ကလေးမြို့နယ် တောင်ပိုင်းက ကျွန်းချောင်း၊ နတ်ချောင်း၊ နတ်မြောင်း၊ ချောင်းခွ၊ ဟားခါးလေးစတဲ့ ကျေးရွာ ငါးရွာထက်မနည်းမီးရှို့ခံရပါတယ်။

Emergency Aid Needed for Displaced Villagers in Kale Township

Fighting in Kale Township, Sagaing Region, has forced thousands of residents from more than 30 villages to flee their homes since mid-October, as junta troops intensify offensives in both northern and southern areas of the township.
According to local sources, the military has been conducting large-scale attacks and torching villages along the Kale–Gangaw road, displacing residents from Kyun Chaung, Tharyar Kone, Htauk Kyant, Chaung Khwa, and Hae Hlout villages.
In northern Kale, villagers from Yazagyo, Sawbwar Yeshin, and Pyitawthar have also fled their homes as fighting escalates.
Locals say that internally displaced people (IDPs), including the elderly, women, and children, are in urgent need of food supplies, medicine, and shelter materials.
“There are a huge number of IDPs — nearly 50,000 people in total from both the northern and southern parts. It’s been raining continuously, so temporary shelters and tarpaulins are urgently needed. Food supplies are running low, and people are sharing what little they have,” said a volunteer assisting the displaced villagers.
As the seasonal transition brings cold and rainy weather, residents reported that many displaced children and elderly people are suffering from seasonal flu and other illnesses, with a dire need for medical assistance.
“We had to flee suddenly to save our lives. At first, we went to a nearby village, but when fighting reached there, we escaped into the forest. We only managed to bring one mat with us. It’s been raining nonstop, and now it’s getting colder in Kale as winter approaches. Sometimes two or three families have to share one tarpaulin,” said one displaced villager.
Between October 27 and November 2, junta forces reportedly burned at least five villages in southern Kale Township, including Kyun Chaung, Nat Chaung, Nat Myoung, Chaung Khwa, and Harkhalay.
