ချင်းပြည်ကောင်စီ (CC) အဖွဲ့ဝင် (၁၇) ဦးကို ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ နှောင့်ယှက်မှုဖြင့် စစ်ကောင်စီက အမှုဖွင့်ထားတယ်လို့ မနေ့ စက်တင်ဘာ ၂၄ ရက်နေ့က ထုတ်ပြန်ပါတယ်။
အမှုဖွင့်ခံရသူမှာ ဦးစိန်အောင်၊ ဦးပါထန်း၊ ဒေါက်တာ ရွှေခါရ်း၊ ဦးထောင်ဇလျန်း၊ ဦးရိုဘင်၊ ဆလိုင်းခရော်စ်ထန်း၊ ဒေါက်တာ ရှရွန်ပါရ်၊ ဦးဆလိုင်းမနားကီး၊ ဦးမန်အုပ်ခမ်တို့ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဒါ့အပြင် ဆလိုင်း ဂျိုးဇက် လားရမ်းလော်မာ၊ ဒေါ်နီဆွီလျန်၊ ဦးထန်ကမ်းလျန်၊ဦးမောင်ဦး၊ ဦးဟာမိုရုန်းလျန်၊ဦးဇလိုင်းဇထောင်း၊ဒေါက်တာ တိာနှင်း နဲ့ဦးဇင်ကျုံးတို့လည်း ပါဝင်ပါတယ်။
၎င်းတို့ဟာ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ဩဂုတ် ၃၁ရက်နေ့ ထန်တလန်မြို့နယ်မှာ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ ပျက်ပြားစေဖို့ ပြည်သူလူထုကို ဟောပြောခဲ့တယ်ဆိုတဲ့ စွပ်စွဲချက်နဲ့ ဟားခါးမြို့မရဲစခန်းမှာ အမှုဖွင့်ထားတာပါ။
စစ်ကောင်စီက ၎င်းတို့ကို ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ နှောင့်ယှက်ဟန့်တားခြင်းမှ ကာကွယ်ပေးရေးဥပဒေ၊ ပုဒ်မ ၂၃ (က) ဖြင့် အမှုဖွင့်ထားတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
အဲဒီပါပုဒ်မအရ အနည်းဆုံး ထောင်ဒဏ် (၃) နှစ်မှ အများဆုံး (၇) နှစ်အထိ ချမှတ်နိုင်ကြောင်း သိရပါတယ်။

Chin Council Members Charged by Junta for Election Disruption

The military council has filed charges against 17 members of the Chin Council (CC) for allegedly disrupting the electoral process, according to an announcement released on September 24.
Those charged include U Sein Aung, U Pa Than, Dr. Shwe Khar, U Htaung Zalyan, U Robin, Salai Chris Than, Dr. Sharon Par, U Salai Mana Kee, and U Man Uk Kham.
Others named in the case are Salai Joseph Lar Ram Law Ma, Daw Ni Sui Lian, U Than Kam Lian, U Maung Oo, U Ha Mone Lian, U Zalay Za Thang, Dr. Tia Nin, and U Zing Kyone.
They are accused of urging the public to disrupt the upcoming election during a speech in Thantlang Township on August 31. The case has been officially opened at Haka Township police station.
The junta charged them under Section 23(a) of the 2025 Election Interference Prevention Law, which carries a minimum prison sentence of three years and up to seven years.
